PROSPECT PARK MAYOR MOHAMED T. KHAIRULLAH LAUNCHES CD-9 CAMPAIGN AGAINST BILL PASCRELL JR.

[PATERSON, NJ] - Mayor Mohamed T. Khairullah of Prospect Park will be officially declaring his candidacy for the 9th Congressional District in the State of New Jersey on Thursday March 7, 2024 at 4:30pm with a vision for inclusive representation and community empowerment. Given his background as an educator and former volunteer firefighter, Mayor Khairullah aims to bring his 30 years of public service and community dedication to Washington, D.C. 

During his tenure serving the residents of Prospect Park, Mayor Khairullah has consistently prioritized the needs of his constituents, advocating for policies which include affordable housing, modernizing infrastructure, introducing green initiatives, and integrating artificial intelligence into local government. His decision to run for Congress stems from a deep desire to serve the people, address the pressing issues facing our communities, while innovating our government for the 21st century.
